For me, fitness is more than just a way to look good—it’s been a lifeline. I know firsthand how anxiety, depression & negative patterns can take over one’s life, leaving them feeling stuck and disconnected, I’ve been there. Movement became my way forward. Through strength training, mobility work, mindfulness, and resilience practices, I found a way to calm my mind, reconnect with my body, and build resilience—not just physically but also mentally.
That journey inspired me to help others. I earned my degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2019 due to my passion for learning about what makes humans more resilient and my dream to pursue a career helping others tap into their potential through movement.
I have been a personal trainer for 8 years, and I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients with varying ability levels—from beginners looking to kickstart their fitness journey to former athletes recovering from previous injuries. I utilize a holistic movement approach based on evidence-based training and coaching practices to help individuals achieve their personal fitness and health goals. I meet you where you are, designing personalized programs that help you meet your goals.
I have specialized in mobility, prehab/rehab, strength development, and functional fitness through my practice & research. My sessions prioritize mobility, functional strength, nervous system regulation, injury prevention, and customized programming to ensure lasting progress that is sustainable.
